Welcome back to Winter!

Week 1, Quarter 2, Year 2.

December, and (fingers crossed, knock on wood) we haven't seen much snow.

now that I've jinxed it... oh well. Here are some pictures.

Snow again.

Snow, again, hitting Rochester like a bomb. Final, on Friday morning = walking across campus too. Coincedentally, car troubles that required a tow from campus... but in attempts to move the car from a parking spot, I wasn't able to see the pavement, jumped a curb, and got stuck in what is typically "green space." Brilliant.

Snowers gonna snow.

Went out to building 7 to observe the photography of snow...flakes? crystals? snow snow? Props to the ever impressive Liz Marchiondo. Not only is she a resident adviser on Photo House, but also an employee of RIT's legendary equipment cage, and editor of Biomedical Photographic Communications Bulletin! Talk about a hard worker! She provided the setup and instruction to look at ice at the microscopic level!
